All the beef is sourced locally in Louth, Meath, Cavan & Monaghan. All our beef goes through a dry aging process. By this we mean the traditional method of developing flavour. After a period of 20days the meat develops its inherent flavour and deep red hue producing a natural sweetness with superb cooking and eating qualities. All our beef is completely from farm to fork. This makes the most tender and tasty beef you can get. Our products include T-Bone Steak, Sirloin Roast and Round Steak mince. Check out our online store for a full range of products.
